Jceraw Terms of Use

Eligibility to Use the Site

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or if you are under 18, you must use the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract (e.g., not be a minor in your jurisdiction without parental/guardian consent, not be adjudicated incompetent).
• You must not be prohibited from using the Site by any applicable law, or by a prior agreement with jceraw (e.g., due to a previous violation of these Terms).
• If you are using the Site on behalf of a business, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

User Accounts

Account Creation & Maintenance

• When creating an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information (e.g., valid email address, full name). You agree to update this information promptly if it changes (e.g., new email address, updated phone number).
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username, password) and for all activities that occur under your account. Do not share your credentials with third parties.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately at service@jceraw.com to minimize potential harm. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from your failure to secure your account.

Account Termination

Permitted Uses of the Site

• Browsing and searching for products (women’s and men’s clothing, children’s apparel, cashmere sweaters, accessories, etc.) available on the Site.
• Creating and managing a user account to track orders, save favorite items, and streamline the checkout process.
• Submitting honest, accurate product reviews and ratings (in compliance with our Review Guidelines, outlined below).
• Contacting our customer support team with questions, concerns, or requests related to the Site or our products.
• Using the Site’s self-service tools (e.g., sizing charts, shipping calculators) to make informed purchasing decisions.

Prohibited Uses of the Site

• Illegal or Harmful Activities: Using the Site to violate any local, state, federal, or international law; to promote or facilitate illegal activities (e.g., fraud, counterfeiting); or to harm, threaten, or harass other users or our team.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site’s backend systems, user accounts, or stored data; using automated tools (e.g., bots, scrapers) to access, collect, or extract content from the Site without our prior written permission.
• Misuse of Content: Copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, or publicly displaying the Site’s content (text, images, logos, product designs) without our explicit written consent (see “Intellectual Property” section below).
• Fraudulent Conduct: Providing false or misleading information (e.g., fake email addresses, stolen payment details) when creating an account or placing an order; impersonating another person, business, or entity (e.g., pretending to be jceraw staff).
• Disrupting the Site: Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code; engaging in activities that could disable, overburden, or damage the Site’s infrastructure (e.g., DDoS attacks); interfering with other users’ access to the Site.
• Abusing Promotions: Creating multiple accounts to exploit limited-time offers, coupon codes, or discounts; sharing coupon codes publicly if they are marked as “personal” or “non-transferable.”
• Posting Inappropriate Content: Submitting product reviews, comments, or messages that contain profanity, hate speech, discrimination (based on race, gender, religion, etc.), explicit content, or misleading information.

Intellectual Property Rights

• You do not acquire any ownership rights to the Site’s Intellectual Property by accessing or using the Site. A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Site for permitted purposes is granted to you, but this license may be revoked at any time if you violate these Terms.
• You may not use our trademarks (e.g., “jceraw”) or logos in any way (e.g., in advertising, on other websites) without our prior written permission. Unauthorized use may violate trademark laws and result in legal action.
• If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed on the Site (e.g., a product image that violates your copyright), contact us at service@jceraw.com with detailed information about the infringement, and we will investigate promptly.

User-Generated Content (UGC)

Review Guidelines

• All reviews must be honest, accurate, and based on your personal experience with the product. Do not post reviews for products you have not purchased or used.
• Reviews must not contain profanity, hate speech, personal attacks, confidential information (yours or others’), or promotional content for other businesses.
• We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any UGC that violates these guidelines or our Terms, without prior notice. We may also reject reviews that are irrelevant, repetitive, or appear to be fraudulent (e.g., multiple identical reviews from the same user).
