These Terms of Purchase govern all orders placed by you (“Customer”) through jceraw.com (the “Site”), operated by Jceraw (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order for any product—including women’s and men’s clothing, children’s apparel, cashmere sweaters, dresses, shoes, suits, accessories, and more—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and other applicable policies referenced herein. All transactions are conducted in United States Dollars (USD), and we reserve the right to update these terms periodically; your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
Order Placement & Acceptance
Placing an order on jceraw.com is a formal offer to purchase products, and we reserve the right to accept or reject that offer in our sole discretion. This ensures we can maintain product quality and address issues like inventory discrepancies or fraudulent activity.

Order Modifications & Cancellations
Due to our fast processing times (1–3 business days for shipping preparation), order changes or cancellations are only possible if requested within 24 hours of submission. To modify or cancel an order:

Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility: Products must be returned within 60 days of delivery, in unused, undamaged condition, with original tags and packaging intact. Final sale items (marked clearly on the product page) are not eligible for return or refund.
